Advice to law firm management:
Advice: Restructure your plans for employer contribution toward Health and Dental.
Pros:
Stay on Management's Good Side
Cons:
Although the pay is great, the benefits are not. As employees, we had to pay contributions of over $1000 a month, while they offer us very little PTO time. Discussing a new idea or route seems to go in and right out of the ears of the upper managers.

Pros:
The staff members are extremely friendly and care about helping employees.
